Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.
Budget and Timeline Management: Control project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure objectives are met.
Team and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain direct communications with team members and project stakeholders.
Quotation Compilation: Compile quotations for furniture and other project components.
Site Visits: Attend site visits when necessary to ensure smooth installation processes.
Client Meetings: Actively participate in client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum one year of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, preferably in project management roles.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Lithuanian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to solve practical problems.
Driver’s License: Possession of a valid B category driver’s license.
Education: Higher education in a technical field is preferred.
Personal Attributes: Cooperative, proactive, and positive personality with excellent organizational skills.

Salary:
The salary range for this position is €2500 – €5000 gross per month, depending on individual competencies and experience.
