Contract Review and Compliance: Ensure all project contracts adhere to legal requirements and company standards, with all terms being correctly implemented.
Project Leadership: Direct and manage project teams from the initial planning phase to completion.
Budget and Timeline Management: Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
Team and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project’s duration.
Quotation Preparation: Create and assemble precise quotations for different project components, including furniture.
Supplier Sourcing: Identify and source new suppliers and products that align with project requirements.
Site Inspections: Perform on-site visits to track progress and ensure installations are executed efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe.
Client Meetings: Participate in meetings with clients to provide project updates and discuss any necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
Experience: At least one year of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, specifically in project management roles.
Language Skills: Fluency in Lithuanian and German is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical project details and design processes.
Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to solve practical issues.
Driver’s License: A valid B category driver’s license.
Education: A degree in a technical field is preferred.
Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and cooperative, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary:
The salary ranges from €2500 to €5000 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
