UAB “Confido” is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects, manage installations, and coordinate logistics for the German market. This role requires strong communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are executed smoothly from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review and Compliance: Ensure all project contracts adhere to legal requirements and company standards, with all terms being correctly implemented.
  • Project Leadership: Direct and manage project teams from the initial planning phase to completion.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Team and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project’s duration.
  • Quotation Preparation: Create and assemble precise quotations for different project components, including furniture.
  • Supplier Sourcing: Identify and source new suppliers and products that align with project requirements.
  • Site Inspections: Perform on-site visits to track progress and ensure installations are executed efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Client Meetings: Participate in meetings with clients to provide project updates and discuss any necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, specifically in project management roles.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Lithuanian and German is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical project details and design processes.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to solve practical issues.
  • Driver’s License: A valid B category driver’s license.
  • Education: A degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and cooperative, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Support the continuous improvement of company processes and methods.
  • Adapt to and support changes across the company.

Salary:

The salary ranges from €2500 to €5000 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
